did you set the gyro to the correct pulse for the 251 servo?

to have the unit save the 760us setting, you must move the rudder stick 3 times in whichever direction gave you the correct light during programming for that setting.
If you do not, it will not save the setting.

For the love of the hobby

Hey.

The 760us setting is easily invoked from within the gyro settings, the status led is the visual aid when it comes to making settings changes. From memory it needs to be green for 1520us and red for 760us, there is no need to set this 3 times. Move the rudder stick to get the desired led colour and press the menu button toove onto the next setting.

As to regulators and step downs whatever voltage goes in through the rudder and gain lead connections will go out to the tail servo. Hence if the elyQ regulator is like the Arizona with a dedicated tail servo output you'll be ok.

Not sure about the FL760, but the gyros had to have the stick moved 3 times for it to save @ 760 pulse width as a safety feature.

Same for the FL760.
Rudder stick needs to be moved 3 times to select the different pulse width.
