I just built a profile Yak plane and I thought I might put a flap setting in my radio. If I remember right dont I make the switch move both aeilerons down to make the plane fly slow? what if I made them go up what would that do? Thanks Pals

I felt bad because I had no shoes until I met a man that had no feet

down would be for flaps. but start off with like 10% and work up from there. and stay high till u get use to it. maybe mix some elevator in it to help keep it from balloning up when flaps are down. if the ailerons go up they are spoilers like gliders have. kinda fun on foamies. makes the plane loose all life and u can come down fast. i use a 3 postion switch and have it setup for both

I believe a 9303 has a mix designed to do such a thing. It's called flaperons\spoilerons. I had them on a composite-arf yak to stop it from wing rocking in a harrier. You put it on a switch and it works off your elevator.
I think you have to have the Heli version 9303

I have elevator and neg flaps on a switch. the plane instantly stops and pitches up into a hover without gaining any altitude. Don't be afraid to play around with mixing functions, just keep it high when you test them.
