Interestingly enough I helped a guy out with his 600 last night that had a similar issue. Here's what we did to set it setup.

- measured all the linkages to be exactly factory length per the manual
- Moved the elevator servo forward in the servo mounting slot in the frame and made sure the linkage rods/wheel were exactly 90 deg. * I think this was the key.
- with a pitch curve of 0-50-100 (straight line) and the radio at exactly mid stick put a swash leveler and adjust the linkage for a flat swash. didn't take much.
- at full positive and neg. collective checked the swash level and adjust servo throw in the radio for a flat swash.
- put the head and blades back on then set the radio at exactly mid-stck. adjusted the long links from the swash to mixing arms to get 0 pitch and straight mixing arms.

Now we get +/- 12.5 collective and 7.5 cyclic. Don't remember exactly what the swash mix values were but it was less than 60%.

The secret I think was the elevator servo was moved rearward in the frame mount. There is no way to adjust the elevator linkage other than moving the servo itself. It was moved back causing the elevator to be down a couple of mm on the swash and everything has to be adjusted flat with that. If you have to move everything else then the geometry get off.

i ve use the align swash plate befor and the pin hit the swash when am using -12 and 12 degree pitch while moving the cyclic around, but dosent effect much

8ut now am using the quick uk swash and i can use up to 14 degree pitch without hitting pin or binding, but 11 or 12 is just enough, and 12 is popy too, 14 is amazing but if ur collective management is ppor ur engine will bogged more.

for the swash mix i alwas set to 60 and re adjust linkages to get 0 pitch at mid stick and just make subtrim to center ur servo horn for me less the 20 is just fine on re adjusting the sub trim, for the pitch i use to readjust using atv or epa use to be in spektrum 5 is equal to 1 degree of pitch, but u must always recheck on ur swash plate level soo ur heli will for sure level, hands off either low mid and top stick,

Looks like you need to shorten the links between the bell cranks and the swash possibly. Kinda hard to see in the pics but make sure your washouts and mixing arms are 90 degrees and perpendicular to the main shaft. That will tell you what length to make those links.

If the wings are traveling faster than the fuselage, it's probably a helicopter

I had the same problem with one of my 600s with the new metal A arm , ended up taking about 2mm off pins with grinder ,worked perfect though.

I measured 2 dfferent sliders and on my other 600 which was not a problem the pins were in further.

FYI, my new 600 LE was doing the same thing. It didn't have much affect, but I cut about 2mm off each pin and now they clear just fine.

I had the same problem with mine. You could do one of the two things.Cut the pins like said above or buy a Quick UK swash plate. The Quick UK swash is ALOT thinner and you get "more" cyclic and pitch without binding or hitting the pins. The make every color to match the head color you have and there also adjustable (bearings) to keep the swash plate smooth and tight unlike the Align ones..

I could only get around + - 11 with running the cyclic for fast responce as I like , getting + - 12 - 13 now since grindering pins any more and it hits.

Im hoping the flybar less kits will fix this problem , plus I will then running + - 14 as heli should have more power.
