I'm buying a 600N pro this weekend and I have a few questions. I have a GV-1 governor and was wondering if the fan already has a magnet for it. I'm going to strip the electronics off my JR Voyager and put them on this 600 but I would like to know what kind of servos people are using. I was thinking about putting new servos on it because the JR servos on my voyager seem to use a lot of battery power. Only get about 5 ten minutes flights out of a 7.4, 5000mah lipo. But I don't want to spend over $50 each for the servos. Or it could be the 601 gyro / servo that's draining the battery. Not sure, the gut at the LHS says he flys his 600 all day on one 2200mah lipo. Any info on these issues will be appreciated.

i get 3 good 10 min flights on my 1900mah lipo.. so i would say 6 is normal for your bird... if you are only getting 5 flights then you may have some binding on the head or links etc...

Sounds like my flight time is normal. Hum! I guess the guy at the LHS was trying to sell me some servos.
Thanks for the info

i was told by a friend who also uses the gv1 that the gv1 is power hungry that's why his 2100mah 2s lipo pack lasts about 3flights only. he's also using align ds610s on cyclic
