When I converted my T700N ships to FBL, I had already installed the QUK link kit from initial build. This means I had the proper size ball link (4.75mm versus align 4.95mm) on the swash.
The question is length. The QUK ball is like a 6mm stand off to match up with the length of the ball links for the washout.
When you guys changed out Align stuff for standard size to go FBL, did you run a short stand off ball for the swash to head link? This would certainly reduce throw a bit?

It wouldn't hurt. On the FBL Vibes I sold you I actually did just that and used slightly shorter balls (~1mm shorter) on the swashplate inner ring. I found this was a good compromise in having to run the servo arm balls too close to center. If I could do the same on my r90 I would.
