I made a mistake this morning while doing some winter maintenance on my Trex 600N. I plugged the LiIon 2 cell pack directly into my receiver for about 1 second. 7.8V. No stick inputs. I heard some buzzing. No smoke. No bad smell. Everything is working fine after. What should I do?

Spartan gyro ds 760 - no problems
Futaba GV-1 governor - max rated 6V - working fine
Futaba 9255 cyclic servos x 3 - rated for 4.8V - working fine
Futaba 9252 throttle servo - rated 4.8V - working fine
Futaba 9254 tail servo - rated 4.8V - working fine
Spectrum AR7000 receiver - no problems

I am inclined to leave it as there is no visible damage or signs of loss of function but I would appreciate advice.

Thank you!

Damn it Jim I'm a doctor not a flying monkey!

The buzz was one or more of the servos. In that brief a time period, you probably avoided any damage, but test carefully before you fly it.

If all is ok now and given the overvoltage was for just 1 second, I wouldn't expect any damage. The processors used in your rx and servos are supprisingly robust.
