Are you using Align wheels? Everything set to 90's? The head is capable of +/- 14 w/o binding.

Alrighty, missed the ltd (ie LE) part, so you using the 610's and the included wheels?. Should be a matter of going into your swash mix and dialing up the pitch setting. Which Tx are you using?

edit: Quick responce Jim!

Do believe Futaba calls it Swash AFR at least thats what it was called on the 9c. (been awhile since I've used Futaba) but yes should be as easy as that.

if your washout is not up against the head block just dial the swash AFR up. if the washout is maxed there is something else wrong

BTW --Those values would also be used to change the entire throw of a given input. If you move the stick right and the swash tilted left then you would change that value from -50 to +50. The same is true for elevator and pitch. Example you move your stick to positive pitch or high throttle and the blades go in the negative, then the values would have to be swapped from neg to pos. Make sense?
So slowly move the -37 too -38,-39,-40 and look for any binding. Your pitch will start to increase when dialing that number "up".

No, you might have to lengthen the rods from the bell cranks to the swash. This was the binding we were refering to. Only hard part about giving advise over a forum, its so much easier to show you. Can you take some nice clear pics of the head and swash with the tx at mid stick?

Something in your setup is not right if at 37% your hitting the bearing block. Sounds like your swash is sitting to low. Put your stick at 50% and make sure you can slide a 4mm allen key through you aileron arms and through the frame. adjust the links if need be going back to the servos and clock the Align wheels so your balls sit parellel to the levers with 0 subtrim. Go back to your elevator arm adjust until the arm pivot poin is center through the frame hole.

EDIT:
Just realized you had a 6 not a 700. Cant use a 4mm key on that. Just center to 90 deg @ center stick/50%
