Why do you think anyone actually cares?

To answer your question, turn the governor off and tune your engine. It sounds like it's guzzling fuel when you get on the high end. What temp are you running on the head?

No, temperature on the head of your ENGINE. A little rich is always good, but just based on the shoddy audio on your video, it sounds rich. If you don't have one already, buy an infrared temp gun and right after you land, take a reading just below the anodized part of the head. Should be around 185.

How much collective pitch? It almost sounded like it was screaming in the air and was it " hanging " on the pipe? Possibly too lean? Im no expert but too lean will cause it to act that way as well. As was already mentioned, you need to temp it but just for kicks, back the high end needle off 4 clicks and see how it runs.

i think its the pipe. its the align pipe, and they always sound high and bog like hell. ill try the funtec when i fly sunday. but in the front yard i leaned it out and the "burping" stopped so is it too lean on climb outs and rich in hovers? it cant be. ill fiddle with it on sunday.

pitch i think its about 10-12 degrees goes up to 13 or 14 in normal & hold

Don't blame the pipe. You should have more power than that on any pipe. Learn to tune your engine!

Im running the align pipe on the 55 os and it screams. I would not think that the pipe would be the cause but I agree, it sounds like it is down on power. Is the motor new? How many flights? Ever been run too lean for an extended period? I think my raptor 30 had more power than that thing jk : )

your running way lean based on the last video. Fatten that up about a 1/4 - 3/8 turn and start there.

Now that I have watched the last video I have to agree. But since it was rich in the first video, this would imply that you have a fuel delivery issue.

I watched the first video again and it did not sound like it was lean. Maybe it's because of these laptop speakers but it's pointless trying to guess what he needs to do just based on video. Get out there with a temp gun and you'll get a good starting point.

where is your high needle and low needle currently set?

Its definitly lean even in the 3rd video. You can hear it hanging on the pipe during the entire auto. You can also hear the buzz in transitional moves which indicates a lean mid. Since the hyper 50 doesnt have a mid needle its either lean on the high, low or both. Because it sounds decent and only slightly lean on full power climb outs I am going to say slightly lean on high and very lean on the low. Did you do a pinch test on the fuel line just before the inlet to the carb at idle? You should get 3-5 seconds before the motor picks up speed NOT dies.
Each video started with the throttle already above idle. Where does it idle and do the blades engage at idle? It should be low enough that they do not.
Set the low at factory straight out and tune the high first.

no i havn't done the pinch test. ill write down a list of things to check sunday when i go flying. and about the blades kicking in, i just havn't sanded down enough liner for it to be perfect. in hold with the gov off and the speed alittle lower they dont engage at all.

Im willing to bet the rear bearing is shot, you can hear the rattle everytime you unload the head (sounds like rocks in a can).Even if its running rich it will still run like that with bad bearings. When the bearings are bad and grinding it takes HP away because the bearings slow everything down when theres a load/pressure on them. When its cold out you "have" to run the motor "richer" so try richening is up 3/4 of a turn and see what happens. Its not a electric so it takes about 45secs to 1 min for the motor to warm up and have good power when its cold out..BTW,nice flying ..
