Free start shaft upgrades
Just received word from Kasama that he will be sending us free replacement start shafts for customers who purchased from our shop. If you have purchased a Srimok kit from us please e-mail me what engine you are using and I will send the replacements when they arrive.

Kasama criticism unfair
I've had several contacts with Kasama. He has, without fail, responded promptly. I believe he has done more than any other manufacturer in support of his product. It's a new heli with the usual teething problems.

Guys don't forget that many people had to spend loads of money to get an Aurora flying. And Align, well, I'm not going there. A little patience seems in order.

Yes the bird is expensive, yes we paid a premium, and it's new. When you sign on to something like this you get to be one of the first to have the new bird and all that goes with that.

With respects to all

It is my understanding that Kasama has
only one person on his staff that speaks
english. If that is so, that would explain
the lag at times with email responses. On
the other hand, if that is the case, it would
just be good business to maybe get another person
who speaks or reads english to help out to start
with IF he wants to sell in the US. Just my 2
cents worth.

Is this fun or what :)......

Gonkulator, you may be right, but tell me: how many people contact MA or Hirobo or Jr heli directly if they have problems? Contact you dealer.

Kasama probably made the mistake of telling people to contact him directly at the time when a US retailer was being negociated - that was not a good idea in any case.

I believe he is a good guy and that he has honorable intentions. However he is taking his eye off the ball.

Everyone, I agree that Kasama is a GREAT
guy and has a wonderful product. I WANT
him to succeed I'm just trying to help
him out. If anyone out there hasn't flown
a Srimok, then they are truly missing something.
Kasama emailed me today and is working thru
our issues. Believe me, I WANT this guy to
succeed I'm looking forward to a Srimok 50

Is this fun or what :)......

I got an email from Kasama yesterday and they said that the starter shaft and engine mount will be free to customers who brought the 90. They will ship it to the dealers and then you can get them.

Quick reply
I also got an email from Kasama yesterday and they said that the starter shaft and engine mount will be free to customers who brought the 90. They will ship it to the dealers and then you can get them.
I had a different issue. I purchased my kit from a dealer that has since given up his Kasama dealership. I contacted Kasama direct, he responded within two days. He has made arrangements for me to receive a start shaft and coupling and the adjustable engine mounts from Ready Heli. I had the same service on the new replacement tail gears, Kasama sent them directly to me. Be patient!

Update......Received the upgraded parts from Readyheli on Thursday!
