I have 2 kits both need the new starter shaft and one needs the new upgraded trail gear set. Will he send these for free or will I have to pay?

Fender, I just bought some new starter
shafts and couplings from kasama and when he wrote back
he asked how many heli's I had and said
he would send the upgraded engine mounts (adjustable)
along with the order. I'm kind of upset that
I had to pay for the new shafts and couplings
as the old ones are crap. I hope the new ones are
better and made of harder material or the same
thing will happen. That's twisting the shaft off
at the weak point. I'm running a YS91SR and have
gone thru 5 shafts so far. Can you imagine breaking
a Aurora starter shaft in half???????

OR you should contact your dealer - dealers should have received at least tail and motor mount upgrades for freee distribution to customers.

I got a kasama srmiok 90 for christmas is there a problem with the starter shaft. And is there a upgrade to the one that comes with the kit.

If the end of the starter shaft is round
then there is a newer shaft. It has a hex
end and the coupling fits a hex shaft. Both
shaft and coupling are new.

STARTER SHAFTS SHOULD BE REPLACED FOR FREE AS THE ORIGINAL DESIGN IS BAD.

I wonder why Kasama is not addressing this issue.You would think that a manufactur would try and make the people happy who buys there product. Without us heli pilots buying there product Kasama would not be in business.I emailed them also and I don't expect them to answer because if you guys didnt get answer and u emailed them awhile ago then they are not answering me also.

I have been trying to get an email response from them for quite awhile. I wouldn't count on hearing from them in any kind of timely manner. It's a shame that they don't do customer service correctly. It is absolutely going to hurt their business. Just my .02.

I think this is unfair! Kasama has done quite a bit more than larger heli manufacturers would have done in the same case.

BUT: for released upgrades contact your retailer - they GET the free upgrades for distribution. (AND no new upgrade for starter shaft has been released yet!).
IF you contact Kasama directly, remember that they only have one person who communicates in English!
