Hi All,
I've been wrecking my nerves trying to figure out the throttle trim on my 9303. Here's my problem. I'm trying to setup the throttle trim to move the throttle enough to start the engine and then of course kill the engine when I'm done.

My problem is that I can't get the trim to activate. Meaning the trim does not have any effect on the servo movement. I can move the trim up and down and the servo will not move.

Any help will greatly be appreciated.

Do you have 100/100 or so on your end points?

If you knock down the end points drastically you wont get any response from the trim.

Is your throttle curve 0 to 100 and your flight mode switch in normal with throttle hold off?

Check the servo monitor screen to see whats going on.

BarracudaHockey,

I have the travel set at 100/100, I'm in normal, idle up is off. I did check the monitor screen and noticed that the indicator does not move until the trim lever is at the second to last click at the top.

Try selecting a new blank model,
In throttle curve, can you see the trim moving the curve when at low stick?

Stocky,

You are on to something! The trim works in a blank model. I will investigate further.

Thanks!

Well, I'm not sure what setting was goofed but I reset the model and added my settings and it appears to work now. I wish I could've figured out what was wrong for future reference but oh well. At least it is working now. Thanks all!
