Hi guy, I need to help what cause strip my main gears. This is not the first time that I have striped it happened since last month it has been strip 8 time in a month (approximately 12 flight)I did not use the stock engine stock bearing block I use the upgrade GForce and I felt alittle move inside the bearing block I decided switch back to
the stock and the cluth gear this morning and it happened the same thing ate up all my main gear again( my stock engine bearing block it has a little play). I and my friend tried to check to see any play at the gear mess we find nothing, everything solid hold. Any Idea what
cause this?

If you're using the stock main gear, then do a Search. There are a lot of threads about how they strip and what to use instead of the stock gear.

One way bearing
Alot of people don't think to grease the one way bearing...... hence the reason for lock up.

M'honi you said the reason my main gear strip because the one way bearing lock out. I think I have to get myself a new one way bearing thats an expensive bearing $80. Seem like I have no other choice

Ok here is how to check the one way bearing, first fly ur heli then land it, check the main gear it should spin freely without stuck to the auto gear, the common problem of 700 is stripping main gear due to bent clutch bearing block after somtime or crash, but u have said about some play on the g force or the stock, what if u change new pinion coz after somtime the pinion getting sharp and it will cause the gear to strip but this is very rare just a wild guess IMHO, for the one way bearing problem it wont strip ur main gear not unless u accidently bump ur heli to the ground since it stuck to
The auto gear, but if it strip while u flying it use to be un align pinion mesh to the main gear, anyway good luck and everybody know how it feels like if the problem keep on comming back

I can see my one way bearing spin freely I been auto couple time yesterday before it striped. Last night I check my main shaft bearing by rock it back and fort to see any play I have no play( using Kasama main shaft bearing block new never been crashed) But I will remove everything to day to douple check make sure the bearing are good and will let you know.

Its not the one way. Some 700's have more play between the pinion and the main gear then other. Some are more prone to stripping then others.

All you have to do is install the -1 gear or do what I did and just cut the alignment tabs on the side of the pinion block in half. Oblong the frame bolt holes for the pinion block and motor mount to keep everything in alignment and close up the mesh yourself. Been going like this for over a year on the original gear. Still going strong with just shy of 20 gallons through it.

You have to run it with ALMOST no backlash and it wont let go again.
