I searched old posts here and at the freak without any luck...also couldn't find anything on the wiki but I don't seem to get any results there...some trick to it I guess.

That said, anyone know if the mini-vbar supports 2048 resolution to take advantage of my DX7 se?

Thanks,
Tom

I've heard the answer is no, but I'd like to see what others say.

Only if you use external RX, if you use Satellites, then No.

Then we can debate forever if it makes any difference since its not even 1:1 control anymore, I don't feel any difference and rather skip the RX, but that's for you to decide.

I certainly haven't noticed any difference and really feel the connection to the mini's feels superior to the receiver->vbar connection I once marveled at. So I say, "keep your old dx7 and put the $ to a receiverless vbar" but as you point out, I'm sure that will be debated as it should.
