email Quick UK. I asked them the same question and they have a couple of ElyQ machines in their shop. They like the idea of supporting the heli, but want to gauge the demand.

I'd like to see Quick UK make a swashplate that is properly centered on axis unlike the stock ElyQ swashplate.

A metal fan would be nice, but is much heavier and really not a necessity. metal actually keeps the engine from running more freely, due to extra weight on the crank shaft.

You may get a tiny bit more cooling due to rigidity, but that is about it.

I just want a fan that has a collet in the hub for my Vision50C. My V50C fan was out .005. I got it down to .002 with shims and it took quite a while as shims shouldn't really work on a straight threaded hub. My heli went from dancing on the bench at idle to a nice smooth idle once shimmed.

In the case of the Quick UK it has 2 collets for the Raptor version. That design allows you to get down to zero runout a bit easier. It only took me 10 minutes to get the fan to zero runout on my raptor with the Quick UK fan.

Budd is setting up a section of compatible parts. Right now I don't think any of their fans work in the V50 or V50C without modification. I'm hoping they will make a fan with a collet or ElyQ will make one. I have emailed Giuseppe about making a fan hub with collet.
We'll see what comes up.
I was told the frame stiffeners and bottom plate as well as the bell crank kit are ready to ship to the dealers.
