Best way to learn is doing it. Again and again.

Stationary pirouetting is not that simple as it may appear especially when doing it slowly.

At the beginning it may help to first do 1/4 oder half pirouettes to learn compensate the moves via nick/roll.
With time going by you will get the right feel and you will think it to be the easiest maneuvre...

Good luck!

The frustrating part of learning to pirouette is that you just end up going round in circles chasing your own tail .

At the end of the day , it gets dark .

Just keep doing it OVER AND OVER AND OVER! What I did was that after the timer goes off on my Tx (i usually still have fuel left over), I burn the last little bit just working on my pirouetting. On my 450, I would spend 2 packs (of my 9) working strictly on pirouetting hovering (1 for left, the other for right). It takes a WHILE to get this down well! I still can't even do it that well inverted. There's no secret, just keep doing it OVER AND OVER AND OVER! It'll come...

...now where was I, dh/dt = BS-dx/dt
I will fly you forever... till earth do us part

Thats about all you can do like what has already been said here, practise, practise and more practise. It realy looks good when you can piroette in both directions while holding it on the spot.

If it doesnt move and its meant too... use WD 40. If it moves and its not meant too...use duct tape!

Enter a class 1, or better, class 2 F3C competition, AND WIN IT !!!

That would polish your hovering skills. LoL

Concentrate on your weaknesses and your strengths will reward you!

Keep working at it and you will get it. Practice on the simulator and in real life. It will come in time. Don't get frustrated.

Practiced is the key but u might be putting unwanted inputs in ur other sticks without realizing it. Might want to tighten up ur sticks or more disapline not moving the other sticks while piro.

Just a thought.
