contact the seller, if they won't take it back, leave 'em negative feedback and see if maybe manufacturer will warranty it. If not, well, you got stiffed.

From the Align website, and the RCE-BL100G descripton:
NOTE: Not including BEC. User need to provide the power for receiver and servo.
The ESC that you purchased HAS NO BUILT-IN BEC to power your radio equipment. You got exactly what you purchased, a 100 amp ESC with no built-in power supply for your radio.

There is nothing to fix, nothing to repair. You did not get ripped off, you did not know exactly what it was you were purchasing.

Contact the seller, explain the situation, see if he will work with you to take it back and refund your money.

With this ESC, your only recourse for power to your radio is an external regulator of some sort.

There are a lot of places to buy external regulators. Shop around for a good external one. Enjoy the ESC and go fly.

NO!!

Either re-sell it, or get an external power supply, to fire up your electronics.

It goes...
7.4 lipo into,RCE3BEc into receiver.
That should power up your radio system.
Then plug the ESC into the throttle channel. Program as per instructions from Align.
Plug motor pack (up to 6 cells) into esc and go fly!
