I just assembled th 450 Sport, using an Alin GP700
I use a sensitivity of , see below, on a DX7
[GYRO SENS]
AUTO F.MODE
RATE: NORM: 0
0: 68 % STNT: 1
1: 68%

Tail however is either creeping or waging while heli is still on the ground.

Which sensitivy are you using with that hardware?

The orhter parameters are selt like that. does it look ok for you?

First, read this post:

https://rc.runryder.com/p4285239/

and you will understand your DX7 and the gyro setup. The GY401 specific stuff near the end will still be useful if you read and understand the operation of the radio itself.

It's not clear to me that you understand how to set up a helicopter in general, based on some of the numbers you listed for your endpoint settings...
[TRAVEL ADJUST] with
THRO AIL ELEV RUDD GEAR PIT
H 100% L 100% D 100% L 100% + 100% H 100%
L 100% R 140% U 140% R 100% - 100% L 140%
Those are some really weird travel numbers for Aileron and Elevator -- 100% in one direction, 140% in the other. You definitely have a real problem with your servo linkage and swash control setup. Same goes for the Pitch number. 100 in one direction, 140 in the other?

Properly set up, you'd have equal travel in both directions.

-----

And enable the Auto D/R-EXP for all flight modes, otherwise you don't get D/R-EXP in all flight modes unless you set them for each mode.

-----

Numbers for your gyro at 68% in the Gyro menu are really low, as in the gyro is nearly disabled.

If you're using the Gyro sense menu and haven't gone to the trouble to set up the INPUT Select menu, your gyro gain lead needs to be plugged into RX channel 7 to do any good. If you're using a 6 channel RX, have the gyro gain lead plugged into channel 5, and insist on using the Gyro Sense menu, you need to redirect the gyro gain control from the default channel 7 to the gear channel, channel 5. The link I posted above explains all that in great detail.

-----

You also need to enable EXPO in the SWASH MENU, I think right now you have it INHibited:
[SWASH MIX]
3 SERVO AIL +60%
120° ELEV +60%
EXP INH PIT +60%
as indicated by the EXP INH stuff above.

-----

I don't know that the short pulse width of 760 us is correct for your tail rotor servo, I've never heard of that brand.

-----

As for what other people end up with for gyro gain, that's a function of how far out from center the servo ball link happens to be.

-----

Is this your first heli by any chance?
