Quick question as my mind is playing tricks on me as I have not set a heli up in 2+ years. I am setting up the tail rotor on my 600 ESP. When standing at the rear of the heli, which direction of the slider correlates to right/left rudder?

Slider moves opposite of stick.
(unless you flipped the grips around backwards)

Standing behind heli, stick moves right, slider moves left.
For the gyro to test you have it set up correctly, if you rotate the nose left, the slider moves left. I will hold the head of the heli with my left hand, i will then put my right index finger between the slider and the tail box, then push the tail away from me (counter clockwise movement of heli) gyro should then compensate with right rudder which pinches my finger when I push.

Ok thanks, thats what I thought, was just making my head hurt thinking about the blade angles while moving forward and the tail direction lol. Your method is much easier!
