I am just now getting serious about getting a new 50. I now have everything but the heli and blades. It look like the outrage is going to be my choice. I like my heli's fast. I need some pointers on blade and paddle choices. any help would be appreciated.

You want fast - SWE paddles are crazy fast.

If you get the velocity, the only blades to use are the SWE 630mm

by "fast" do you mean high speed stable flight, or fast cyclic smackdown style? there are blades that are great for 1 not the other, and blades that do it all pretty good.

anywhere between 1950 - 2100 will fly great

depends on the engine you use.

The 630's with a YS56 at 1950rpm are absolutely incredible

is your engine capable of swinging 630s... ive been running the zigsaw blades with very impressive results... they also auto for ever. i havent tried the swe 630 yet so i can't comment on them.

Im using a YS50 with 620mm SWE's
But I have flown the 630's with the YS

The SWE blades are not the best for Auto's, they do well, but not as good as some like CY's etc.

The SWE's are very fast, dont bog easy like some blades.

I like the Mavrikk G5 Pro wide cord 620mm blades, the 600's are good too. But the 620's are nice. Wide cords, very very stiff, auto well. great pop.

Ok first set of blades i had mav g5 620, sick fasf forward flight smack down bogged motor little, so i then put on Mav g5 600 and the smack down came alive, for the price the mav put a grin on my face i still cant get off.

SWE, heck why pay twice the price almost, as the new mav kick butt.
62 bucks for cosmetic flawed from heliproz, try them you wont be disapointed.

Ok just flew with the CY Stubz on my Outrage and they are the paddle for this heli.

Much quicker and very smooth and also very smooth forward fight.

I hooked on the stubz for sure on this heli.
