I understand servo arms, bell cranks at 90 and all push rods same length. Okay now if your swash plate is not level do you adjust the push rods from the bell crank to swash plate? If so now the push rods are different lengths. Can anyone clarify this for me please?

i've had to do this. usually it means the bellcranks don't match up. it should only be one or two turns though. if it's more you may want to go back and match up the bellcranks.

Tonight I made sure my servo arms were at 90° and my bell cranks were level. I adjusted the push rods to level the swash plate but at the low end it tilts just a hair. Thank you for your reply to let you know how long its been since building a heli my last one was a Kyosho nexus 30.

I adjusted the push rods to level the swash plate but at the low end it tilts just a hair.
not sure if you know this but you can use ATVs on your radio to flatten out the swash on the ends.

Had essentially the same issue on my Radikal, a bit of travel adjust on the elevator got it spot on on both ends.
