Maybe its just me but when I set my sim rate to 100% while flying heli's, it seems a little unrealistic and a lot faster than how an actual heli is. I have a Vibe 50 and a couple of Trex 450's. The Vibe 50 in real life doesn't build the forward flight speed quite as fast as the sim nor is the flip rate as fast. Same with the Trex. When I turn the sim rate down to 75%-85%, it seems a lot more realistic.
100% rate while flying airplanes seems exact.
Just wondering if anyone else feels the same as I do?

Doesn't matter what everyone else feels, remember a sim is about perception, so what feels right and realistic for you is what it's all about.
The only rule i apply is that my sim should not be easier to fly than the real thing so i set my sim helis up that way.
That being said phoenix at 100 percent feels a little fast for me as well but makes my real heli's fly slow...... and easy!
Also play around with the zoom and camera speed settings, they also have a marked effect on speed perception.

Common sense may not be common after all

I figured out the biggest reason why it feels so fast. I found the expo program menu and dialed it down to the same as what I have for my heli's. Much better. I was wondering why there was such an insane piro rate.

I tried to use it on the radio but it didn't seem to do anything. The software is new to me so I need to sit down and read up on how to set things up. At least now I have things a little more dialed in. It would be nice to set up the radio rather than modifying each aircraft. The software is rapidly elevating my skills.

For me 110% is the magic number

Set it to wherever it feels good for you and as Stolla said, make sure it's better to have it harder on the sim than in real life!

Fly it like you stole it!!!
