Trying to setup a PowerJive with a Scorpion 4035-400. With timing on auto and everything setup correctly, the motor after starting to spin for a second or two starts to jerk, like if it's breaking or bad timing, and of course not increasing rpm after that. No error codes no the jive, motor does this even without any load. Any special settings needed on the powerjive for scorpion motors?

Have you tried reprograming it? Start with mode 1 to reset it and then mode 4 again.

Have tried resetting it via Progcard, no results. I' setting it for M11 but M4 or even APM (mode 1) seems to have the same effect.

Should work without issue, check connectors, otherwise I lean toward faulty motor or controller.

I'm guessing its v7 since it's brand new from Germany, but will confirm tonight. I'm only helping a mate on this, this is not my setup.

Will repeat the whole process carefully sometime this weekend to eliminate all possible faults, my first reaction was also that it's most probably a faulty solder joint or weak battery but they all appear fine. Will measure this time just to be sure.
Another point is that since the 400kVA comes with an 8mm shaft AFAIK, owner must have changed it on his own since it's on a 6mm now :O Seems like I'll also have to open the motor to see what's what :S

Will update when I know more, thanks everyone for your feedback / comments!
