It consists of alpine skiing with a small (6 to 10 sq feet) delta wing held over your head. There is no harness, it's just hand held.
I guess it is supposed to increase jumps length; you could also soar down a slope.
What's the name?
Who makes those products?

Awesome. Anyone ever see the Kite Tubes that came out in the mid 2000's? You rode in this tube towed behind a boat. Once above a certain speed the thing would fly 20+ feet above the water and stay there as long as the boat kept it's speed. After the first several broken necks and severe injury, they were pulled from the market. I don't think they lasted a month on the market. I hope this is safer than that was...
