without a doubt, even.

c'mon the guy's first language isn't even english. don't go making him look up non-existent words ;-)

anyway, might want to look into the new x9503. looks like a nice upgrade to the 9303.

if it ain't broke, break it.

That ones been discontinued. You'll have to go to the new X9503, which is an updated version of the old 9303. Adds 50 model memory, a throttle stick activated timer, and a backlit display, (and its cheaper than the 9303)

so no "dought" the x9503.

However neither radio suggested is capable of running 72mhz so the 12x would be the radio of choice for his needs.
I have the 9303 2.4 as well and like it alot however if I had the choice between the two I would pick the 12x.

the 12x MV will do both 2.4 and 72mhg, had the 9303 and found some of the mixes I needed were limited,(mostly jets) the 12x on the other hand does everything I need and them some, no regrets in buying it.

plus the 12 has a standard switch configuration as compared to the 9303 heli VS air switch arrangements.

I saw some stuff about that one. It looks like you might not need a model to fly though. It will just takeoff itself.

^^^^ No,what that is, is that you can fly the little heli on the setup screen after you have made changes in the radio, kind of like a mini sim.

Do you get the radio if you buy the car; or you get the car if you buy the radio?

I dont suffer from mental iIlness, I actually enjoy mine!

Are there any radios out yet that will display model telemetry such as temperature, rpm, pack voltage, etcetera? Is there any other practical way to get that information "in flight"?

hitec aurora is telemetry capable, though I have a hard enough time flying with my eyes on the helicopter, much less looking down at a screen to check things out

You may run out of Energon to power it.
You will need a permit for the rocket launchers!
