I am setting up the throttle linkage on a 600N with a GV 1. I have set up the linkage to give a perfect 90 angle at 50% throttle on the transmitter between the pushrod and the servo arm. The throttle arm is also a right angle to the pushrod.

At low throttle with full low trim the throttle completely closes. At high throttle it completely opens.

I have equal endpoints of 99% and 2 points of sub trim (DX7).

The problem I have is at mid stick with a 50% throttle output the throttle is not aligned with the middle mark. It is slightly to the right of the left mark.

Everything seems mechanically right. Does the middle mark on the carb mean mid throttle? Have I done something wrong?

The sub trim is to obtain a perfect right angle with the servo arm and the pushrod at 50% throttle output. The throttle arm and pushrod are also at a right angles. The splines on the X - type Futaba servo horn can only get you so close. 2 pts of subtrim on a DX7 is not a lot.

Ok then just to see remove the subtrim and see if your now on the mid mark at 50 precent. I alway setup with high and low throttles and same end points at high and low thro.no subtrim has alway put me on the mak at 50 per. Throttle.
