While waiting for the AS 350's arrival, I was nervous. I hate to wait for something I long for. This feeling made me spend more on scarf, cosmetics and boots to release it. Finally, AS 350 arrived last week!

It is very very detailed, more detailed than any other Century/Fun-Key fuselages. The landing gear is very scale and it is fiber glass The skid is aluminum. The footplates are beautiful!

I started to collect information long time ago and have draft drawing in the computer and want to start it as soon as it arrives.

Last weekend I didnt have rest and spent all the time on it--my poor dog I didnt take her out to swim .

But I still need some time to amend it to make it nice.

I installed it very easily and took more photos. So glad to see the sun come out, really happy!

well there it is. so many have waited to see it and nowits here. yes i agree, its the best detailing from the century/funkey line. i am going to wait til the unpainted version is available before i get mine, i dont like having one that looks like everyone else's
i am sure your cockpits will be equally as nice to compliment this fuselage and you will probably want to make them in abundance

I have the IP for the Bell triple deuce and another on the way for an H500E. These are beautifully made little works of art. I'm sure the one for the Squirrel will be equally outstanding.

Just got my AS350 too!!!
Just got my AS350 in (last one in red) and noticed that the outer fuselage windscreen is attached from outside the heli. I've been using Formula 560 "Canopy Glue" for attaching windows from the inside of a fuselage, but is there a better way for gluing the window from the outside? The plans say use "goop", but figured I'd ask in case there was something better out there...

the Funkey AS350 50 size is great looking scale helicopter , I am waiting for unpainted version to get it, only one thing I don t like it is smoke wind shield , hard to see through the cockpit details inside, too dark. I will make that clear wind shield for better scale.

I have the blue version; v nice, like the magnetic latches to secure the front cabin.
I used "plumbers Goop" from ace for the glass. It's contact adhesive (no taping req),just a thin bead round the screen place carefully in position, perfect! Also used on the side windows.

Got one
I really like this fuse, best detailed so far right out of the box, easy to build.
Some may need this info if your thinking about purchasing this fuse.

Trex 600N will fit nicely and the hardware needed to make the mechanics work is included. Instructions for the Trex 600N, Raptor, pretty sure the Titan will fit, Sceadu, (Evo), Century scale mechanics included.

I chose the Trex 600N pro which to me is stronger than the sport mechanics and it was almost a perfect fit but you will need the belt drive set up or you will have to cut alot of the tail for the torque tube metal gear drive setup. The belt drive makes it a real nice clean look only one cut out needed for the tail slider.

Not being an Align fan I have decided to install the Hirobo SDX mechanics and thats what Iam doing now and will get some pics when finished, looks to be a drop in fit.

Just some info for those who might have some questions. Hope I didn't hijack this thread.
