Just finishing up a build on a Predator and have a few questions. One is the clutch is below the bell about 1/16". I found a bag of mystery shims that look like the may space pinion bearing downward, there are no mention of these shims that I can find in the instructions. Second question is the pitch fork will only fit the tail blade grips from the trailing edge, making the blade bolts backwards, not a big deal, but the drawings show the fork controling from the leading edge. Has there been a change? Secondly there are washers to be inserted between the thrust bearings and the outer tail hub bearing. With these in place the nyloc hub retaining nuts lock the hub before tightening into the nylon. Have there been any problems with the tail assb.? I looks like it would be more at home on a .30 rather than a gasser.
