What was the CG verdict? Perhaps the heli does not need to balance at 75% fuel level on the fly bar?? Mine is tail heavy. I have a A123 2300 mah battery on the very front of the battery tray. It would take quite a bit of weight to bring the CG to the indicated range. HOwever, in hover last night, it seemed to not really matter.

Did you change your CG, or just manage setting the swash level and adjusting the H-fin size?

80% full tank for me perfectly balanced, on the Flybar, makes for the CG that I prefer.

Is your swashplate moving horizontally up and down while pitchin when it is on the bench?

Reason for this question is:

I had some Savox-Servos a while ago, and they didn't move the same, so the swashplate moved out of its neutral horizintal position when i pitched. AFAIK Align Servos are made by Savox...

If that wouldn' help: Try it without the horizontal fin, the area and lever length distance to main shaft can make very much torque.

Never heard of that Problem from other F3C-pilots using the SG.
