looks like this is the week to buy gen aces. Too bad they go from 6S 4400 to 5500 and nothing in between.

How many cycles and years are you guys getting before they start to die?

I think we have a new addict.

PS. Mike I actually do my own ordering from your GR place. Even picked some stuff up on 58th street myself.

Unfortunately my dad passed away a month ago yesterday from a heart attack ( we think ) , he was only 67 years old . It has been a difficult time but I am trying to keep myself busy , we did everything together ( lives less than 1/4 mile down road from me )and always spent a lot of the day Saturdays doing projects and going out for breakfast and lunch , have so many great memories and trying to keep focus on those. I'm hoping to try to get out to the fields more on Saturdays this year but will have to see how it goes as I now have to take care of everything at my mothers house as well.

For those that think 2.4 is bullet proof I think we have to think again. I was out to Walters RC Park Sunday and my never crashed Reve Env went in and about 20 min later a plane went in and another 15 min later another plane went in all within 75 feet of each other. On Monday Dave called me and said another plane went in in the same spot.

Come to find out the cell phone tower to the North East has a Wi Fi transmitter on it beaming signal to Clarksville rite over the field. Guess what the WI FI is on 2.4. Here is the kicker it has been there all last summer and just now we are having problems. The only thing we can figure is the new shelter's steel roof may be causing some sort of problem. More testing and research to come.
Anybody willing to fly at an altitude of 160' to do some testing. Volunteers wanted.

Tom, I have a cure for that tower, just take a look at your profile picture. Just let me know if it happens, I need to make sure that I am not there, you know that I would be the one that is blamed.

The Cedar field is pretty good, I was out there Monday. And there are no cell towers to worry about either.
