I spent the day resoldering lipos into 4 cell packs it is a little better performance but I had to add another battery to run the camera and the video transmitter. My new props should be here before Wednesday so I will be able to test them out between nitro flights.

I spent the day installing an external ESC and new outrunner motor on the 130X. Also aluminium tail box and aluminum tail grips. If the wind wasn't blowing 5000 miles an hour I would have given it a shot outside.

Also got the aftermarket ESC installed in the 300x.

Nope, but I have to have the time and physical stamina to head to a field big enough for the larger birds.

I've had the time to tinker, but haven't had the physical side going for me in quite some time. By the time I go to work and put in enough time to keep the insurance I need to keep from owing the medical people all my money, I don't exactly have much energy left to get out and fly.

I can relate Jon, although I didn't have any huge surgery to recover from. Hopefully you'll get your stamina back pretty soon!Bald Pilots usually wear hats!

Just finished spreading 10 yards of mulch. Took six hours and nine ibuprofens to get it done. Man I am sick of outdoor work already.

I still have to power wash the house and garage, clean and stain my deck. Then I'll be done with my outside projects for the spring.

Hey my house and garage needs a blasting too. Instead of ibuprofen I can give you one pill that will make you want to clean the neighbors house too, possibly the whole block.Remember...runways are for models and wings are for fairies.

Most of the guys come after they get out of work, so between 3 and 5. But some of us no longer work, so we may show up around 1 or 2 so come out any time you like! I am going to try to get out there early tomorrow, depending upon how the weather is. If its windy I'll wait until a bit later as it usually calms down towards evening.Bald Pilots usually wear hats!
