Not to worry though, even if I did happen to fly over the pits, Steve could just grab the heli right out of the air to save everybody!!Bald Pilots usually wear hats!

I needed a new pinion for my 130 it was 40 bucks !
The only way to get it is with the motor now I will have to try to stuff that in my nano and run it on 2 cells it will rip !

It seems those little heli's are just as costly to fly as the 50 sized!Bald Pilots usually wear hats!

Hey Steve, I seen Butch today, i guess we missed each other by 30 minutes. I didnt pick it up today, unfortunately i checked the mailbox before going, but i did pick up a few parts for my blade 450, which is more like a 250. Is that something that can be flown at the gym? If not, then i will end up getting the nano.Hawk

I would suggest to all that smaller is better in the gym. Others may disagree but with the traffic in there the 130 would be as big as I would see doable.Remember...runways are for models and wings are for fairies.

I was thinking about bring the 250 next time I think I could take at quite a few planks in one flight ! Based on what I saw today I would agree with Jon 130 or smaller but the flier says a pound or less and one of the planes flying the today was 40 size so I just might bring the 250 next time I could charge all my batteries at home and fly all day !

Why so many spares for the 130 ? Not much breaks when you crash except the tail gears. I did see one today with all micro heli stuff on it flies the same as stock but it sure looks nice.

Yeah Steve, I got together with an MCPX. I think a 250 would be a little big in there. My 250 weighs in just under a pound though

Ordered 2 sets of tail gears and some bling. Been stocking up on tail gears since Braidan now owns a 130 also. Going to be a fun summer for him.Friends don't encourage friends to fly helis! It can cause part shortages.

BTW MH stuff sucks. Lynks and Rakon are the way to go. Anyone need a set of MH tail grips? I took them off and went with the Links weighted ones.Friends don't encourage friends to fly helis! It can cause part shortages.

Jeff...depends on what I am doing. I have a setup that can use either one or two depending on what I want. I'll bring the whole setup the next gym day.

I have them hooked up so I can either run one at 12V if I am just doing one battery at a time, or I can run 2 at 24V if I am parallel charging 3-4 6S 5000mah at a time at 1-2C.

I was thinking that the nickel and dimeing a guy to death would add up to being comparable to the cost of flying a larger heli, or are they pretty cheap to keep in the air once you get them sorted out?Bald Pilots usually wear hats!
