(Hard Ground) + (Headspeed too high) + (Tail before skids) = BROKEN S&^T.

New TT gears and tail blades before the 550 can fly again.

I could blame it on a brown out like the rest of the Spektrum guys, but the only thing browning out was my shorts.

Turned the gov up to high in normal mode. Got into a hover, head was a bit high for my skill set in Normal...tested Idle up 1. Liked the head speed. Switched back to Normal to land. Was just too hot. Tail hit before the skids. Shredded the tail blades, and front TT gears. And of course experience is out of stock on the TT gears. Looks like I might not have the 550 up and running unless I want to pay 30 bucks shipping for 30 bucks worth of parts.

Anyone have any recommendations for tail blades or should I just stick with stock (looking for cheaper than stock not Edges or anything).

Now I don't know what front TT gears I need. Apparently align switch at some point. V2 doesn't necessarily mean V2. They changed parts up but didn't change the version. Great.

Hum...try to switch the Blade 400 before saturday or not? Not sure if I'll get my 550 parts in time. Thinking I should leave the blade alone to have at least one flyable machine for the weekend.
