Okay I have been through every mechanical part twice. Main is straight, you guys are right. Could it be the swash itself that is off causing the movement on spool up? I spooled it up all the way and I can feel the vibration.

If you are looking for help now, try another thread mister. Nobody likes to help people who argue about advise given.

Yes I did. No change. Just did another test hover with th balls at 10.5mm, all new bearings, update software to 1.2 and reset all settings to default, there was no change. As soon as I cool off I am going to go out and try lowering the gain till it is at least flyable.

Might not be the issue but I found that it has the wrong auto rotation gear in it. The gears would start to wobble and that is where I think the vibe it coming from. I ordered the correct hub for running the helical main and the 60200a auto rotation gear.

I don't think I could ever get the right gear ratio with helical gears.

This gear is the gear the heli came with. It has been wrong from the start and I finally figured it out. Not owning a 600 before I had no clue about the different gears and hubs. Now I do though.
