A bent main shaft will make the heli wobble during spool-up and shake during a hover so if it didn't do either which Aaron said it didn't,the main shaft for sure isn't bent..You went FBL and i'll bet thats where the bobble is coming from..If you bought a Align 3G FBL system, get used to it or toss it in the trash can..

Anybody up for some Memorial Day flying at WMRAF? Storms are coming in late afternoon so it should be late morning to early afternoon.

I heard that Heliproz is making all their supposed sponsered pilots fly to a routine on center stage at Detroit this year so they can weed out the talkers.

Sweet hovering demonstrations!!! Then they can explain how you can tell if you have a bent mainshaft. Its a good thing we have such great mentors in this hobby with years of experience. "Just sayin."

Chris, I'm going down Wednesday morning. Probably leave around 5:00am just to be safe. I'm used to getting up early so it's no big deal for me.

Me too, I'm always late, always trying to do one more thing before I leave. Plus the military taught me, hurry up and wait! I hate to wait!

Yeah Bill, we're thinking of syndicating it! LOL! I've gotta get off my butt and get that Synergy tied up, Detroit is coming soon! A few more days! I gotta start getting packed, so by the time I get there I'm not wore out already, like in Mt Pleasant although I think the vitamin D supplements they gave me are helping with that.

Yep, the soldering is done and I adjusted the gear mesh like Bill said and tied the wires up and crammed them inside, put the battery holder on and I have to work on the throttle linkage, I don't like the way it is. Other than the throttle linkage, she's good to go! I just finished all that stuff.

I apoligize for yesterday. Not sure what got into me.
Today I will check the main and bearings. After I will update the CYG and check over all the settings. I may do a reset and start from scratch.
Does anyone know the optimum distance for the balls to be out on the horn on the 600 with 2 to 1 levers?

It should be in the manual every system is designed with a little different resolution in mind.

Hey Jay I just ordered the parts and pies to make a remote trainer cord for you and whomever else has 2.4 futaba,Doing it this way I saved 60 bucks ! I also have it figured out how we can have you using your own radio as well, it shouldnt be to bad for you we will need to write new programs in our radios then bind our recievers to gether under that model, should be fun figuring it out ! I should have the stuff right before Detroit so maybe we will be able to figure it out while we are there.

Steve that sounds awesome can't wait to try it out.

I just spent the last 3-1/2 hours powerwashing my driveway. It's only about half done but I think it's time to go burn a little nitro.

I just came to the same conclusion. Loaded up all my stuff and the trees around the house are just whipping like crazy. Crap back to the pressure washer.
