I think the only difference between my 600 and Hung's 600l is that it has the brushless servos

It was an Align issue, they seem to find the ground in not so nice ways. I heard one refered to as satan today! And no its not the same satan that Steve once owned! Lol, I have crashed more Align helicopters that any! But mostly its been my fault, they are probably ok, just no my favorite!Bald Pilots usually wear hats!

Sonny since you were excited about Dan's OS105 yesterday there is a brand new one for sale in the HF classifieds for $300. I'd post the link but I'm using an iPad right now.

Hmmmm, I bet if I were to have started this hobby with Synergy heli's and after a year or two moved to Align heli's, I bet that I would have crashed way more Synergy's than Aligns , how could that be ? , the answer must be that Synergy sucks right ?

LOL

sorry Sonny, couldn't resist

Does anyone want to fly tomorrow? I'm going either way just wondering if anyone else is. I'll probably be out around 11:00.

As far as favorite brands go it is the one that still makes parts. Just ask Tom how much he now likes his Rave that he can't get parts for. With Miniature Aircraft and Thunder Tiger nitro, and they just stopped making the mini titan as well, parts hard to get I am liking Align more and more. I don't know how long Synergy has been around but Align has been in business since long before I started. If Synergy ever stops making parts everyone will wish they had all Aligns.

That is one of the biggest facts that I look at. How many helis does a company make currently and past, how many discontinued helis, parts availability stock and aftermarket. The brands I'm most likely to try, align, gaui, sab, and blade. I love my blade helis, but until the cfx series they have been poor man's birds. Lmao! Goblins look awesome but just looking at them makes me cringe at the thought of crashing it. Gaui has an Ok fleet size, but they don't have many variations. Than align, heck they clone the dang things. That says enough on its own. Good enough that others want to be like them... Parts will never go away. Stock, cloned stock, and aftermarket. Align has by far the largest selection. And most variations. Which can be bad too. Do they keep messing up and need to revise or is it a technology advancement thing? It does appear that most variations have been good, and more so a tech advancement then anything. Align has more pros than all others. I'm trying to find the cons, I know they exist, just haven't figured them out.
My opinion anyway, from researching them all.

Yep, fly what you want, its all about enjoying the hobby. But the more you are in it, you'll want to stay away from certain brands. Align is not one of those. Because of the prices of Align heli's more people have gotten into the hobby, there are probably more Align's out there than any other brand, I think everyone that fly's has one someplace!Bald Pilots usually wear hats!

Sorry, it does look like I was trying to start a debate, but that was only my personal debate. That's what my conclusions have led too. However, I did try to leave it open for any align criticism. Like I said I have found many upsides, I want to know the down sides. Is the gpro any good, is there anything I should consider changing right away, things like that. I have decided that the 600L will be my next heli. I would like to know as much about it as possible before hand though. That's all.Oxy rep, lynx rep
