Just for share, I found a quick,easy and cheep way to reduce by 90% tail blade grip slop.

I just added a layer of ptouch tape on the tail rotor hub ends.

just cut a small piece of ptouch tape with razor and apply to the rotor hub on both ends (see pic). then trim off the extra tape to get it flush, then reinstall the blade grip.

This tape is shiny plastic and really smooth slippery surface. This tape is really thin, so there is no friction when installing the blade grip onto the hub, even there is still a really really small gap, small slop.

my first test flight reveals less wagging with this modification.

it works for me.

What is ptouch tape? Is it the same as ptfe tape? Used for plumbing etc

It's tape for a label printer, thin with a sticky backing.

There is a single set of radial bearings, and there is considerable slop between the hub and the blade grip.
