Since I had my Beam and GY 401 all trimmed up and flying with no problems for the first time, I thought I would move up to my Protos 500 and it has a GY 502. The setup is abit more complicated and the chopper drifts to the right. I cant seem to trim it up. I want a HH mode so I can practice hovering. With the GY401 I used the Gyro [Sens] on the radio and I still cant get it to hold heading. Anyone have something basic? I have a 8103 JR and I have the gyro in the Aux 2 input.

Thanks

I can NOT get the tail to quit turning in the CW direction.
I am thinking of taking the 502 OFF and putting on a Hitech
HG 5000. I have the other gyro and its more simple to set up.

Sounds like your 502 has a set up issue. It sounds like the gyro or rudder channel is backwards in the radio set up.

Thanks man I am going to check it tomorrow. I am breaking tail blades right and left as I throttle down and the chopper comes down really hard on the training gear. I am not even getting airborne and the chopper is eating up tail blades.
Thats the only thing I havent changed I think is the Gyro direction.

thanks again.
