Can you use the SSZ-III alu YOKE as a replacement/uppgrade for the plastic FFZ-III yoke?

If you mean replacing 0414-385 with 0414-410 then yes you can. I just installed one on mine last week and it fits perfectly. I had to add one shim to each side to take up the slop. I am still using the plastic blade grips.

Sweet. What kind of shims did you use? So I can get them with the yoke.

Cheers

There are ones listed in the Freya manual for that purpose. Hirobo P/N is 2506-035
