I have got a new 250 SE and have had about 30 flights with it and there is ALOT of slop in the lower mixing arms! Not where they go into the washout but where the plastic links screw on the end and go to the swash. The slop is from the tiny brass bushes that sit in the levers, they have worn the holes oval in the levers! This makes the pitch sloppy and also throws the phasing out! There is no way of fixing this other than buying the washout mixing arm assembly every 20-30 flights!!
All the force from pitch changes during tick tocks etc relies on this part and its just not strong enough!
60% of the time, it works every time!
