can the align 620 and 650's servo run fine on more than six volts??

The 620's can but the 650 is a tail servo so I would suggest running it below 6v.

If your thinking of getting cyclic servos, consider the Align DS610's over the 620's.

The 650 is setup to run higher voltage just like the rest. I have mine 0n 6 volt but the Align reps have been running them on 8 volts for sometime now with no problems. You don't have to regulate the 650 at all. Mine is running fine without.
