I have better things to do than plug and unplug batteries all day. Besides, if you finish at the field at 1800 one day, how can you be back at 0900 the next day for another full day
Easy, you charge @ home @ 2c for a 35-45 minutes charge time. What happens when you run out of nitro on a Sunday and the LHS is closed I will still be flying

Rather run out of nitro than have my house, car or heli burn down.Seen a thread on the other site where a guy lost everything from a lipo .I'll stick with nitro, haven't seen anyone loose a vehicle or house because of nitro.600LE,OS55,OS PowerBoost pipe,Align 610's,Spartan

So you don't have a rx lipo? A battery at all to run the electronics? You can lose it all if you mistreat anything in this hobby......RonTeam MikadoUSA 480XXTreme, 550SX, 600SX, 700XXTreme, 800XXTreme!!

I'm thinking nuclear, or nucular as G-daddy Bush woulda said. I want a nucular powered 3d heli 90x2!!! Super powerful, perpetual flight times, quiet? Only one real downside; if you thought lipo fires and funky chickens were bad, imagine your local flying field being unuseable for the next 10,000 years. No big deal! Just don't crash, right?

Bring it!
Nitro, lipos ... whatever! Nuclear powered rc is where it's at!

PS: Mess with me and I'll nuke you!

One thing that still amazes me is when people bring up the lipos start on fire by looking at them or the stories of the peeople who used crappy chargers or batteries and lost their van or house time for some common sense is what it's about....Once upon a time there were Nitros, flybars and frequency pins...

You electric nerds have followed the wave of the greenies. Electrics started in Germany due to noise pollution and not the wave of the future. Do some research before you act like a "Priuss" owner.

So your saying if you buy a $150.00 dollar charger and a few $250.00 + dollar lipos your safe, nothing will never go bad .Comments like this is why I love flying nitro because its cheaper.Don't have to buy 6 or so $250.00 + dollar lipos which go bad in 50 or so cycles doing hard 3D,no 2 $150.00 + dollar charger and no $350.00 + dollar generator to power my charger while at funflys, needs gas to run it.If someone is flying all the good brand name equipment, they have some BIG pockets. No arguing, just going off your comment about having good equipment.

BAN-BC610 Bantam E-Station BC6-10 200W Balancing Charger is $160.00
FlightPower EVO 20 5S1P 4350mAh LiPo pack is $260
Air Thunder 5000mAh/22.2volt/25C/6s1p AT2550-6 is $261.00
TP5000-6SP30 5000mAh 6-cell/6S 22.2V Pro 30C w/interconnect is $261.00
Common Sense 6S5000-30 5000mAh 30C Li-Poly Pack 22.2volt is $250.00
FPWP6702 EONX30 5000 6S 22.2V LiPo EONX30-50006S is $300.00
FlightPower EVO 25 5S1P 4350mAh LiPo pack is $250.00
FPWP6700 EONX30 5000mAh 5S 18.5 Volt Li-Po pack is $220.00
Thats for a 50 size electric, not cheap stuff like you said.

Alot of people run 12 cell setups ,im humping my case of 30% CY Wildcat performance I just bought after looking at them prices .

Flyhigh u don't understand never will. I own both from small to large so pretty sure I can relate. It makes no difference to me what you do, proceed in humping your nitro stock as you state, odd but whatever makes your boat float dude. ...Once upon a time there were Nitros, flybars and frequency pins...
