radix 710 sb! SOO BAD in autos!
well,I bought a pair of radix 710 sb for my 700.

before that i had sab 710.

i like them, except that they are less noyse and that they perform REALLY bad during autos!

my prevoius sab 710 were MUCH BETTER!!

i'm a bit disappointed!

I think they take some time to get used to. I was on the same path as you. Had regular 710's then went to SB 710's. I usually do 2 or 3 autos at the end of every flight. At first it was just different, but with time I don't even notice it.

I did do the Kasama bearing block upgrade on my Synergy. They have a thrust bearing plus a normal bearing in the upper and low bearing blocks. This gave me several more seconds of hang time at the end of a auto. Quite a big difference.

It has to do with they way a thrust bearing handles the load. I believe it's more efficient at this. Someone with more knowledge could chime in and correct me.

Much less drag with thrust bearings versus radial bearings.

Perhaps the regular Radix 710 blades are a better fit for your flying style. The SB blades are designed to be more reponsive in flight which required them to be lighter and weighted differently.
