ALIGN GP750 Head Lock Gyro Combo (GP750+DS620) Hi guys hows the align gyro gp750+ds620 for 50 size 3d flying. Which is better compared to 401/9254 setup. Is it worth it to buy GY520? |

I'm using that combo in a 600N Pro and love it. Dead easy to setup and, so far, has worked brilliantly. |

I got the same combo and it works greater than a 401 and almost as good as a Spartan , It came with a Heli I bought and it was my first but I want be taking if off soon as it works as good as I need. They are easy to set up also no interface needed.Oh what a feeling 3D Flying can be

I have 750/620 combo on the T-Rex 600 ESP and it is functioning flawlessly. Had several 401s but they are not even in the same league. 620 servo is excellent. Never used the 520 so can't speak to that.Very easy to install and setup.even not doing anything would have been better than nothing... |

Yepe,Thanks for asking the question. I had the same question. I am looking at a GY611 for a T-Rex 500 and possibly moving it to a larger bird. Does the 611 have the same holding power as the new gyros:Spartan

Mini GI am not into 3D, but I need a new gyro and I see good deals on 611s. I know they are the older technology (AVCS) as opposed to the new (MEMS). I plan on doing 3D and if the 611 will work, I can get it and pass on the newer technology. Thanks |

the 611 will do any move in the book, as hard as you want to do it, and stay locked in. The reason people dumped the 611's is because the newer technology is small,lighter, and is a one piece design rather than haveing an sensor and and amp. The newer stuff has a slightly better feel in the air, and slightly better piro consistancy. but thats it.The 611 will take you from hovering to flying against Alan szabo in a contest. If you can get a good deal on it go for it  |
