Ya this is fair & Balanced NO PRAYER DAY EXCEPT FOR THE "MUSLIMS"!!!!!!!! Thought this might stir some interesting thought: In June 2007, Presidential candidate Barack Obama declares the USA no longer
a Christian nation. In 1952 President Truman established one day a year as a National Day of Prayer. In 1988, President Reagan designated the first Thursday in May of each year as the National Day of Prayer. This year however, President Obama, decided to cancel the ceremony at the White House not wanting to offend anyone. On September 25, 2009 from 4am until 7pm, a National Day of Prayer for the Muslim religion will be held on Capitol Hill, beside the White House. As a Christian, it makes me really wonder where the REAL direction of this country is headed. Whether you didn't vote for the man or you did, as Christians I would surely hope that this would stir your spirit. They are expecting over 50,000 muslims that day in DC. However if you want to pray to God in public you can't because, well, it may offend someone. Me personally, I'll continue to pray & worship God wherever & whenever. The evidence is there. It's your decision. 2 Chronicles 7:14 says "if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. becomes more important each day. Perhaps all the things going on now in this country and around the world could be solved if we would heed this scripture. Question is will our government allow us? |

Concerning a Christian Nation Former Presidents, Carter, Reagan, The Bush's and so many prior
including Truman, who by the way, signed the document regarding the State of Israel in May 14, 1948, were Christians.The Present president is not a christian, he is a muslim.That freudian slip prior to the election with George Stephanoupolis proves it to me. (Which google and see)The Bible declares that God will bless the nation which blesses His Chosen People, the Israelites.What we are seeing today is that America is withdrawing from being allied with Israel.You are about the witness the collapse of our nation.Obumer didn't come out of the office for our national day of prayer!He is stuck in the word "religion" like so many today are.I say to you either Christianity or Islam is true but not both and certainly one can take any other such as Hinduism, Confucianism, Baha'i, and even the christian cults such as mormon, JehWit, and NONE can stand. Religion is man's attempt to fill that GOD SHAPED Hole in the heart, for it is written in his very DNA that there is a God. But Christianity is Not man reaching UP to God, it is GOD reaching Down to Man.The entire Bible is the revelation of the Saviour Jesus Christ coming to the world Twice, once to save the souls of those who would simply take His Hand, and again at the end of days when He MUST judge those who simply would not believe Him. HE PROVED who He was when HE ROSE FROM THE GRAVE.Now, some of you will argue with this mistakenly thinking you are in the know. But unless you KNOW the Living God, through His Resurrected Son, and have been granted His Holy Spirit the Bible is a closed Love Letter to you. You simply CANNOT understand it.Any religion that fails to conclude the prophetic message of the Bible, in it's totality, scope and Plan is simply a FALSE RELIGION.God is not into religion. He desires a relationship with each individual Soul! For HE MADE every Soul an eternal soul. After HIS judgement, the soul who accepted Christ Jesus as personal saviour will go into eternity WITH God to a place HE shall create for all those who love Him. BUT, those eternal souls who failed to "GET IT" will be cast into outer darkness, and eternal fire. (This Fire spoken of in the Bible is trying to declare how horrible it would be NOT to have received God's FREE GIFT OF GRACE when the opportunity was presented.)Today is the day of Salvation.Salvation from sin, death, hell, the grave and eternal fire.It doesn't take a rocket scientist.But it is NOT an intellectual decision. It is a Moral Decision.One must die here on the earth to let Jesus Live in one's heart.A decision that cannot actually be made without the Touch of the very hand of God upon that soul.I can talk until I am blue in the face, but you cannot believe unless and until God Draws you to His Son.God is perfectly invisible.But HE can be SEEN by eyes made perfect.Fair and Balanced? Adolf Hitler and Mahmoud Ahmadinijad will not be going to Heaven WITH the Real God, a fiery judgment awaits their souls at the end of days.And lastly those of you naturalists who mistakenly still believe that the 8000 mile diameter Planet on which we are allowed to dwell has somehow come about on its own through millions of years are sadly missing the Glory of the Creator God, Who placed our planet 93 million miles from the sun, so precisely balanced with omniscient ingenuity and supreme Power and Authority! The earth is suspended, some conjecture, on unseen wires. Physics answers it from the standpoint of Gravitational forces. But it is really suspended in space by LOVE. I think he's doing it to change the world's view of us. I'm glad to see him working other options for approaching a problem. A large portion of the Muslim community has a negative view of us at the moment. We have used them many times in the past for our own gain, then leaving them out to dry. |
