Got my new thrust bearings and....
I noticed that both sets of races have the same inner diameter. Two of them are marked with, what looks like some black glue, most likely to indicate something but im not sure what

The thrust bearings I just put in had the black mark on the inner race, but I could tell it had the larger ID when I slid them both on, one at a time, and compared. Very slight difference! The less a man makes a clarative statement, the less likely he is to look like a fool in retrospect.

I actually just ended up using the nonmarked ones on the inside, and an old set of the tighter ones on the outside. Is this ok?

Are they mikado ones or boca? Not ideal really.

I always order the mikado ones

Hmmm, good question.....
I think as long as the old race is not worn or pitted, it should be fine. I would be very critical of the grip feeling at all notchy after everything is tightened up, and go from there. You know what it SHOULD feel like (smooth), and if it's not feeling like that, then something's wrong.

They are the mikado bearings. They feel great, its not notchy at all, but I can manage to wiggle the blade grip up and down a little. Everything is tight, and Im using the extra hard dampers.
