You can't beat the FMA Cellpro4S/Multi4 chargers for this size pack. The max charge rate is 4A however, so it would be slightly less than 2C.

Turnigy 6s from hobbycity. Buy it with the adapter from 6s to 2x 3s and charge two lipos at the same time.

Charger $ 37
Adapter $ 3
Power supply $17
Shipping $23

Total- $80

5 amp charge rate too

You cant beat that.

cellpro is definetly great quality . I cant argue with that. The cellpro 10s would be a good one too. A little more expensive but then you could charge two lipos at a time.

+1 on iCharger and Cellpro 4. I have one of each.

iCharger has some fun bells and whistles, like IR measure; maybe the recent CPs have that now, too.

One thing I learned in this hobby is that you want to go bigger, sooner than you think.

If you fly 3S now, you'll want 6S soon.

I got the iC 106B+, we'll see how long it is before I wished I had a 1010 or 208.

The CP4 doesn't pump much current, so if you get a hi-C charge pack, you won't be able to bring the noise... I thus prefer chargers where you pump current through the main leads and use the balance taps for balancing.

Charging through the balance tap is a limitation of the CP4.

With the iCharger, at the field, you can skip the balancing for quickest-possible recharge, and then balance charge slow when you get home.

I also like the ProgressiveRC dude, although I forgot his name. He's got some good power supply options; I got a refurb 600W baby...

triton jr. will charge four cells at up to 6 amps max and it just needs a balancer but you can usually get these here on rr for around $50 - $60 and if you get the electrifly balancer you can get the high power balance connection that also plugs into the main leads. also you can quick charge at the feild straight through the main leads without the balancer and then slow charge them and balance them at home

For the record, there is nothing wrong with the Turnigy 6S 50W or 150W charger. The statement above that when using one "it's easy to fry your batteries" is simply untrue, unsubstantiated, and unfounded.

Uh -- it's a charger, it's not responsible for the idiot using it. If you're not smart enough to use it, maybe this is the wrong hobby.

Any charger hooked up wrong can fry a battery.

I have an electrifly polycharger 4 for the field and an B6 for balancing at home. The polycharger has 4 separate charging stations so as I go through my batteries I can put them each on separate charge up to 3A per station. I have 5 2200mah 3 cell batts so as one cools and goes to the charger the other is flying. By the time I get through the 4th pack the first batt is cooling down and ready for flight. I have always had a charged battery at the field no matter how long I stay! You do want to balance charge regularly; hence the B6.

Oh, and when a guy flames a product without substantiated evidence. Take what he says with a grain of salt. It's usually speculation and not fact. Had that guy said his buddy burned up a battery using the product correctly then pay a little more attention to what he says. If not, his comment is worthless so don't let that affect your decision. Just my 2 cents.
