What is best for ur 3D setup

Unless your collective managment is very good I would recommend no more the +/-12 or maybe +/-11. Again same with the cyclic I would start at 7 until you managment is good. Too much of either at the wrong time can be very bad.

If the heli is not fast enough off center with those number try some faster paddles like the super stubs.Tim Tripoli

There is no set answer to this question and there are many different scenarios such as the heli, the pilot, the type of flying, the blades, etc, etc, etc.

The best thing you could do is test for yourself. See what works with your flying style and the equipment you have.

I run (+-) 13.5 on my 700's but that does not mean it will work for you.

Uhhh no idea. I think I'm pushing 13.5 collective and like 9 or 10 cyclic on my Advent and LOVING IT!...now where was I, dh/dt = BS-dx/dt

ok now here is my spec

Trex 700
Spektrum dx7
Align DS610 x3 on cyclic
Fut GY611 + BLS 251
Align 690 CF blade
Align 4mm Stock Paddle
Align 95 Stock Tail Blade
Align 91H Engine
Outrage Muffler
Multi Gov Pro Gov Norm 0, Idle1 1850, idle2 1950

Cyclic 8 and Pitch +-12
The Pop Is Ok its powerfull enough
But Cyclic I Fell slower Compare to my 600
was it because its big or it just me
about collective management am Fair
i can do side tic toc stationary with my 700 but not 600
3D style Flying is still in learning process
i hardly Bog my 90 engine compare to 50

soo wich is most recomended if u r still in learning process
Soo far i can only do

1. Snake
2. funnel
3. Backward Hurricane
4. Piro Flip High altitude
5. Death spiral
6. Stall Turn
7. Loop and Roll
8. inverted Hover
9. Tail Slide Roll / Tail Slide
10. 4 point Tic Toc (but not that perfect Yet)
11. Knife Edge Forward and Backward
12. Normal auto ( In learning process)

All in all this dosent perform well ... because my transition is still poor and i really scared playing with the piro during transition, which of most Pro Pilot do, a piro during transition
