90SE question
My 90 has developed a small amount of slop on the frame where the Pitch Frame Cross Member joins the frame halves. I noticed it in a hover. I would either be flying backward or forward. The pitch frame cross member is where the collective arm is supported/bolted into. The elevator arm also attaches on the right side. I thought I had a bad servo, but think this is my culprit.

Anyway, how do I resize this frame hole to remove the slop? Can I find some thin wall tubing? Epoxy it in place?

CA the cross member step to the carbon frames and loctite the nuts. For the metal frames green loctite the frame member step to the frames. Be sure to clean all parts with acetone before bonding.
