Hyperion duo charger
Is there any way to get hyperion to update the firmware to the original duo charger so we can get the higher charge rates past 2c on the newer hyperion 5c packs. I just put my 2200 vx packs on my charger and tried to get over 2c and the charger won't let me go past 2c, ie 4.4 amps. Kinda po'd about it considering the charger was not cheap when i bought it last year, and about a month later they came out with the duo 2, now the duo 3. COME ON WE NEED A UPDATE. Or am i missing something, does anyone know if there is a way to increase this.

You are missing something.
When you setup a pack, say 2200 mah. Press the down arrow to Battery Capacity and tell it 4400, then press down one more time to Charge Current and tell it 8.8 amps. Now you can charge the pack at 8800 or 4C.
I do all the time with some 4S Hyperion 2600 packs, charge at 10.4 amps, works fine.

Stanc is correct.

The hyperion charges by voltage not by mah. So changing the mah will not hurt anything.
I put the fun in dysFUNctional :)

I think this is the update you are looking for. Scroll down and you will see the update for the origional duo. YOu will need the usb cable and the adapter cable from the usb to charger. The only thing that costs is the cables. The firmware is free.
