1 low cell in a 5s pack Hey all.. I think i know the answer to this one.. but I want to check with all the pros around here : -)After purchasing more than 20 hobbycity lipos and never having an issue.. i had my first one today..got three new 5s 3000 packs and overall 2 of them are great..pulled the connector off them, soldered some deans on.. and threw them on the charger/balancer..2 worked great.. were really closely balanced and i have already hovered some packs in the backyard with them..1 of them.. ( while plugged into my TP610 ) started alarming of an over charge.. upon closer inspection.. 4 of the 5 cells were charged and almost spot on balanced while one cell was sitting at about 3.74 volts..should i balance/discharge the pack slowly today.. or maybe overnight and then try charging again tomorrow at say 1 or .5 amps.. |

I know that didn't really give you a good answer, but that what I have done, didn't completely fix it but a lest no more alarms. Paul |

I think i will hook it up here in a little while and let it do its magic all night long ..Question on the tp610 as that is a new charger / balancer for me..Can you set it to do just a balance.. or must you balance while charging ? |
